Flowintel connects buyers with authorized website publishers and helps track publication requests, payment verification and delivery review. These terms explain the responsibilities of everyone using the marketplace.
Marketplace terms
Your account and website authority
Keep your account information accurate and your login secure. Only list websites you own or have permission to represent. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate evidence or submit misleading prices, traffic figures or publication terms.
Listings and SEO evidence
Publisher listings are subject to admin review. Authority scores and traffic figures are estimates supplied by publishers, with their source and report date. Review does not guarantee the accuracy of every metric, future traffic, search rankings, indexing or commercial results. Buyers should review the domain, sample articles and publishing conditions before ordering.
Orders, payment and delivery
A placement request must be accepted by the publisher before payment is requested. Follow the payment instructions supplied by Flowintel. Work begins after admin verifies receipt. Payment references and dashboard statuses are records; they are not automatic payment-provider transactions. Flowintel does not offer a licensed escrow service through this software.
Publishers must follow the accepted brief and submit the live article URL. Buyers have three days after delivery to confirm the article or request corrections through their order. An unanswered delivery goes to admin review. Buyer confirmation alone does not release payment; admin approval and a separately recorded payout are required.
Fees, cancellations and disputes
Review the price, applicable commission and publishing terms shown for your order before proceeding. Contact support with your order reference to request cancellation or raise a dispute. Cancellation, correction and refund requests are reviewed against the accepted brief, work completed and payment records. Refunds are not automatic. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
Content, intellectual property and disclosure
Submit only content, images and links you are entitled to use. Do not submit plagiarized, unlawful, deceptive or abusive material. Publishers retain editorial responsibility for their websites. Agree any publication license, attribution, edits and removal terms before work begins; submitting a brief does not transfer copyright ownership.
Clearly disclose paid or sponsored content where required. Paid-placement links should use the appropriate sponsored or nofollow qualification. Flowintel does not promise ranking benefits or links that bypass search-engine policies.

Account restrictions and third-party websites
Flowintel may pause listings or accounts while reviewing suspected abuse, authorization issues or disputes. External websites and payment providers have their own terms. Contact support if you believe a listing, order or account decision is incorrect.
